When you submit our contact form, Chef Jordan will respond to schedule a time to discuss your occasion. During the discovery call, he’ll help you plan a menu that not only pleases the palate but keeps you out of the kitchen. You’ll discuss using organic or locally sourced ingredients, food preferences, your budget, and any special dietary needs. If you wish to serve wine with dinner, he can discuss the proper pairing of the wine you provide with the menu. And, if you’re a producer (orchard, winery, or farm), how to incorporate your product into the menu.

On the evening of your event, Twice Baked Provisions staff will use your kitchen to prepare a mouth-watering meal using the best quality ingredients available. They’ll also serve your guests and clean up before they leave. You’ll set up for the occasion using your own tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and tablescapes. Then, Chef Jordan and staff take over so you can relax and enjoy an evening with friends.
